Left Handed Drawing

I am writing this using the Columbus method -- i find it and land on it.  I can't even use the two finger typing method.  you see I fell on 8/31/2010 inside my house and broke my right arm.  I work late -- and Wednesday i got home at midnight, I made soup, I was carrying it back to the TV room , I stepped in something like dog dribble from his water dish, I slipped, trying not to spill my soup, and, well, I broke my right arm up near the shoulder joint.  Of course, I'm right handed. I have been doing art every day and suddenly I couldn't.  I soooo missed doing art daily.  To ease this inner stress I started trying to draw with the other hand.   These are my first efforts at drawings done left handed.

He says it is like writing 8 to 10 stories a day. In August 2012, he will have been married to Kathie for 40 years. He has a son Ryan who earned a PhD from Princeton and he is now a scientist doing research in molecular biology. Tex spends his free time working as an artist and writer. I'd say those are not bad for left handed art. You may just wind up with a new venue. Hope all goes well with the arm.
